It’s truly amazing how much a person can sweat in the space of 20 minutes, but I guess that’s par for the course when the 20-minute BEACON FITNESS workout is equivalent to hours of conventional weight training! It’s so great that I even got my Mom to sign up and she’s loving it!

The sensation that goes through your body parts is something I never felt before, but soon your muscles get used to it, and once you get the hang of the technique.
