How EMS training works

EMS training is a full-body workout that doesn’t only target one specific muscle group. During EMS training, up to 90% of muscles are activated simultaneously and the muscle contractions are of higher quality and more intense than what a voluntary exertion can do alone. Compared to conventional weight training, EMS training activates deeper muscle groups which leads to better balance amongst the muscles in the body and increased core stability.

HOW HYDRAULIC RESISTANCE TRAINING (HDRT) WORKS

Hydraulic training uses machines, which use water or air compression to provide the resistance throughout the movement. This method of training increases the resistance the faster the movement is executed. So, with slow movements the resistance is small, whereas with a quick movement the resistance is large. This method of training is good for sports that require fast movements through a resistance while being ideal for rehabilitation programmes.

HIIT exercise sessions generally consist of a warm-up period followed by repetitions of high-intensity exercises separated by medium intensity exercises for recovery, then a cool-down period.
