About Beacon Fitness

Beacon Fitness Group was established after seeing a growing need for health and fitness solutions during the Covid -19 pandemic lockdowns, Beacon quickly became a collaborative fitness and wellness focused service provider in designing and executing health and wellness programs to its clientele.

We specialise in traditional & modern fitness methods for clients seeking to improve their overall health and fitness, at home, workplace, estate gyms, community or our innovative centres.

How EMS training works

EMS training is a full-body workout that automatically targets more than one specific muscle group. During an EMS training session, up to 90% of muscles are activated simultaneously and the muscle contractions are of a higher quality and more intense than what a voluntary human exertion can do alone. Compared to conventional weight training, EMS training activates deeper muscle groups, which lead to better balance and increased core stability.
The German-made EMS device we use is able to stimulate multiple muscle groups simultaneously, allowing for a repeated activation of the whole body during a session. Since you will always do your EMS training under the guidance of a personal trainer, they can activate eight muscle groups individually in a well-thought-out program, (such as the lower back, stomach, biceps, and glutes), according to your specific goals and needs.

Beacon Fitness Story

Driven by the desire to witness a physical change in people and help them take an active responsibility to make conscious health decisions for the betterment of their physical and general wellbeing, I started Beacon Fitness. I believe I have always been and will continue to be, a beacon of change that advances the cause of achievable healthy lifestyles and overall wellness. 

The devastating outbreak of COVID-19 created a new normal which is one that we all needed to embrace.

The fitness industry was forced to venture into proactive and innovative methods that ensured the accessibility of top-notch services, but importantly it also had to comply with COVID-19 safety regulations. Many gyms simply did not survive this step change.

Having worked as a qualified fitness instructor for over three years at an EMS franchise, and having serviced an array of clients, I decided it was time to branch out on my own and put my specific spin on the industry.

Absolutely, in all EMS sessions you’ll always train under the guidance of a personal trainer who operates the machine and gives targeted moves to activate each muscle according to your goals and needs.
Our workouts are based on 30-minute session slots that can be booked online (Client App) or a call to your chosen studio.
EMS is so special that explaining it, is taking away all the fun and the element of surprise, we feel everyone must get a chance to experience it, that is why your first demo session at Beacon Fitness is entirely FREE!!!
